Squee!!! Wedding proposals at Fantasia
OK. So the most romantic thing to ever happen at a Fantasia Festival, happened. Daniel Walther, “THE Daniel” of Fantasia who is one of the festival’s biggest supporters proposed to his girlfriend, Melanie Fortin. Awwww….

I’ve been soooo excited to see this movie for a while and am stoked that it will be making it’s Montreal premiere at the 2010 Fantasia Film Festival. It’s kind of a cross between a drug trip (or what imagine a drug trip to feel like- ahem), Alice in Wonderland and skateboard films from the Bones Brigade.

Hirokazu Koreeda - Air Doll
One of the must see films on my Fantasia Fest list is Air Doll, a Japanese film directed by Hirokazu Koreeda who is the brilliant mind behind “After Life” - one of my favourite films of all time.
This is perhaps the only film featured this year where one of the main characters is a ‘love doll’ (If I’m wrong on this and there are others, please correct me...
